Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, without calling or emailing anyone first.
Will this hurt my Google ranking?
No. We read your Google Business Profile, but we never make changes to it. Your reviews, your rating and your position in Maps are unaffected. Your existing website also stays online until you point your domain at the new one.
Do I have to write the content myself?
No. The site arrives complete, built from the services, hours, photos and reviews already on your Google listing. If something is wrong or out of date, you can change it yourself from a phone or a computer. No technical knowledge is needed.
I already have a website. Why switch?
That depends on how your current site performs on a phone, which is where most customers will find you. Check whether a visitor can call you in one tap, request a quote, and get directions without zooming in. You can build a preview here at no cost and compare the two.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. There is no card, no account and no call with a salesperson. Enter your business name and the site is generated for you. The preview stays online for seven days, after which you can generate a new one or choose a plan to keep it.
How long until my site is live?
Once you choose a plan, your site goes live immediately on a free onsited.pro address. A custom domain takes longer, because registration and DNS changes need time to take effect. We handle the registration, the DNS and the SSL certificate for you.
What does a custom domain cost?
Either plan can connect a domain you already own. Annual Professional includes registration and renewal of one available eligible domain costing no more than $20 USD a year. Other registrations are charged separately; premium and aftermarket domains are not included.
