Log in to your dashboard and click "Edit Website." This opens an inline editor where you can update text, services, photos, hours, and more. Changes preview in real time before you save.

Go to Dashboard → Domains. Either paid plan can connect a domain you already own. You can also register a new domain through Onsited. Annual Professional includes one eligible standard domain; other registrations are charged separately.

Go to Dashboard → Settings and click "Cancel subscription." Your site will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no contracts.

Go to Dashboard → Settings and click "Delete account." This permanently removes your account, website, Stripe customer profile, and saved payment methods. Limited historical payment records may be retained for tax, accounting, disputes, and refunds. This action cannot be undone.

Basic includes one hosted website, an onsited.pro subdomain, connection of a customer-owned domain, quote forms and lead alerts, approximately monthly Google imports, one manual import, 5 AI copy actions, 2 GB image storage, and a two-business-day support target. Professional adds approximately weekly imports and change summaries, four manual imports, 50 SMS segments, lead analytics and CSV export, 50 AI actions, 10 GB storage, and a one-business-day support target.

Go to Dashboard → Settings and open billing. Stripe shows the prorated amount and effective date before you confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at renewal.

Either plan can connect a domain you already own. Annual Professional includes registration and renewal of one available, non-premium eligible domain costing no more than $20 USD per year. .ca registrations require the customer to meet Canadian presence rules. Registry transfer locks and other registry restrictions still apply.

A successful, user-requested AI result counts as one action. Failed results do not count. Actions reset monthly and do not roll over.

Professional includes 50 one-segment transactional quote alerts per billing month. Longer messages may use more than one segment. At the limit, email and dashboard alerts continue.

Automatic Google imports run approximately monthly on Basic and weekly on Professional. Timing is a target, not a real-time guarantee, and Onsited does not manage your Google Business Profile.

Basic includes 2 GB and Professional includes 10 GB of image storage. New uploads are blocked at the limit; existing website images remain available.

Email support targets a response within two business days on Basic and one business day on Professional. It does not include done-for-you design, copywriting, DNS administration at another registrar, or business consulting.

Cancel any time. Service remains available through the paid term unless a refund says otherwise. Customer-owned domains remain yours; managed domains can be transferred subject to registry restrictions and payment of any amounts due.
