SMS consent and opt-in
Quote alerts are always your choice.
onsited.pro Quote Notifications sends transactional text alerts to Professional customers when a homeowner submits a new quote request. Enrollment is separate from signup and purchase, and customers can use every other part of Onsited without opting in.
How customers enroll
Step 1
Enter a mobile number
An active Professional customer opens Dashboard → Settings and enters the mobile number where they want to receive quote alerts.
Step 2
Verify the number
Onsited sends a one-time verification code. Entering the code confirms that the customer controls the mobile number; verification alone does not enroll it in alerts.
Step 3
Choose SMS notifications
The SMS control is off by default. The customer turns it on to open the separate consent disclosure and can cancel without affecting their account or website.
Step 4
Agree and enable
The customer reviews the disclosure below and actively selects “Agree and enable SMS.” Onsited records the disclosure version, timestamp, and consent evidence.

This is a read-only evidence preview of the disclosure shown in Dashboard → Settings after phone verification. It does not collect a number, send a message, or enroll anyone.
Customers may cancel here, leave the control off, disable alerts later in the dashboard, or reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
